[If the recent destruction of the Luminar wasn't enough, what came after it's just making the air in Zodion feel even more different to Maya lately-- heavier, uncertain, a little threatening. She's walking back home from the V3 office sometime in the evening, after the sun has set, thoughts preoccupied as they have been during the last few days on what she can do to help. Of course--]

[It is. It most definitely is. Not all the way, not to any very huge part, but it is. His reaction matters and causes a problem, sure, but it's not just his. His knowledge of this matters, but not just his knowledge. Maya would keep hiding this fact from all of Zodion for eternity had she had her way, as if the fact she hadn't mentioned it to anyone already might prove -- only less good than usual could come out of a person like Izaya becoming aware of it, too. If she had her head on straight, she would have guessed there was a chance Magato could tell him later. But she doesn't. So much is unconscious today, on impulse, when it centers around protecting this secret of hers.

It does seem like everything's proceeding nicely... [Maya gives a small nod, her other acknowledgment of that.] I'm a little ashamed to admit it, but I haven't been by too much to watch lately.

[Which is kind of a thing, given Maya's own money is helping to fund this welcoming center. A building built from scratch is amazing for her, the least of which reason being V3 was set up in a preexisting one. But--]
